Eligibility Requirements
Eligible candidates must:
- MUST complete the application process
- MUST be a graduate from New Richmond High School OR the child or grandchild of adherents in the congregation of St. Andrew’s United Church, New Richmond graduating from Ecole aux Quatres Vents in Bonaventure, Ecole Polyvalente de Paspebiac, or Ecole Antoine Bernard in Carleton
- MUST be pursuing post-secondary education or vocational training
- MUST be accepted by an institution of higher learning
